We are on a mission to make shopping for stylish vintage eyewear online easy and painless. Our delivery and returns policy is built on this belief - check out the information below and feel free to get in touch if you have any other queries.

For all UK orders we offer FREE delivery and FREE 30-day returns. Try on any of our frames in the comfort of your own home and keep the ones you love and send back any that don't fit!

If you are based outside of the UK your order will be delivered for FREE if the value is over £150. We still accept your returns within 30-days of delivery and you just have to cover return postage.

• How do I return my purchase? 

  If you are based in the UK we will issue a FREE return postage label for you.

  If you are outside the UK please follow the steps below.

  Firstly package the frame along with the Ed & Sarna Vintage case into a shipping carton and get it ready to send to the returns address below...

  We advise you to ship your return to us using a signed and tracked delivery service as Ed & Sarna Ltd are not liable for any returned frames that are lost in the returns process. You should also make sure the courier knows that the item is a return so that it does not incur any customs fees and is not sent back to you. If you have any other questions just contact us we will be happy to help you out. 

• What is your returns policy?

  We accept returns on all orders placed within 30 days of your item being signed as delivered.

  If you are based in the UK we will issue a FREE return postage label for you.

  If your order is placed outside of the UK it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

  When Ed & Sarna receive the return we will check that it is not damaged and then process a full refund, exchange or store credit if desired.

  Please note we cannot refund the cost of UV or prescription lenses as these are a personalised order and we cannot resell.

  In the case of a refunded prescription purchase, only the cost of the frame will be refunded.

• How much does delivery cost?

  If you are in the UK all orders will ship FREE no matter how low your order value!

  For the rest of the world, all orders with a value of over £150 will be delivered FREE of charge with a tracked and signed service from the UK with the Royal Mail.

  For orders under £150 see the below shipping rates.

  We will ship anywhere worldwide with a fully tracked and signed service from the UK with the Royal Mail.

• What countries do you ship to?

  We ship frames to all countries worldwide.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  We aim to pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours of your payment being cleared. Delivery times will vary upon the destination country but see below for an estimate…

  United Kingdom: 1-3 working days

  Europe: 3-5 working days

  Rest of the World: 5-10 working days

• I ordered custom lenses will this add time to my delivery? 

  We always try and get your custom lenses fitted as soon as possible but we advise guidance of an additional 5-10 working days to the delivery times stated above to estimate your delivery time.

• How do I track my order?

  To ensure your item arrives with you we always ship with tracking the best place to check your delivery and tracking code is here if shipped standard delivery.

• Do you offer express delivery?

  Yes if you really need your frames as soon as possible for that special trip or perfect gift then just select the express delivery option at checkout. Prices will vary depending on the delivery region and speed of delivery is stated at checkout. We normally use DPD and DHL for our express delivery services.
